Ask a woman to conjure up an image of a pregnant woman and any associated words with that image.
Chic? Jet-setting? Glamorous? Likely not.
Frumpy? Round? Awkward? A little closer.
Momzee’s CEO and designer Lavinia, armed with fashion-forecasting experience and even pregnancy to boot, addresses this predicament and seeks to expand the small market on stylish maternity wear.
“I strategically designed tops and dresses that elongates a curvier, rounder silhouette, and used only fabrics that feel like butter.
Having been pregnant myself, I would crave certain styles that were missing in this market, and designed pieces that finicky, expectant ladies would crave and enjoy.”
And with that in consideration, Momzee’s current, fall, holiday, and resort collections have all been designed with high-grade supima cottons, silks, and fabrics. Bold jewel tones like coral, sapphire, and topaz will make their entrance in silky-soft maternity tops, bottoms, dresses, and jeans.
Celebrities such as Elisabeth Rohm and Tori Spelling have been seen attired with pieces from the Momzee collection.
Says Lavinia of Momzee and her mantra, “Fashion, just as much as our bodies, is forever evolving. In this part of the cycle, one is poised to compliment the other.”

Momzee’s maternity pieces run the gamut from feminine whimsy to bold, edgy couture, catering to a woman’s delightfully capricious moods of fashion and expression, and seek to compliment her art form.
